TBT; The Giving Tree [by Shel Silverstein]

This is a new post series that I’m going to be doing every week since I’ve moved Cover Love to Friday so I can post reviews as I write them instead of sticking to a specific day. Throwback Thursdays are going to be thoroughly random and basically just involves me pulling a book off my already read shelf on Goodreads to feature it here on the blog.

I decided that, since today was the 22nd, I would pull the 22nd book on my read shelf to feature for today.

And the winner is The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein!

I’ll admit, I don’t remember reading this one or really much about it since it’s been so long since I picked this book up. My mom is a huge fan of his poetry, though, so I’ve always known his work since I was really young. I did rate this book four stars, so I must have enjoyed something about it!
