Posting Opportunities and Giveaways (Again)

Some time ago, I made this post to kind of gauge this idea I had for post tags that would involve getting more blogger engagement, offer ideas for posts other bookbloggers could write themselves, and a giveaway opportunity. I really wanted to develop something incredibly fun for all of you (and for myself, admittedly). And I wanted it to be the kind of thing that prompts everyone to post a little more.

And who doesn’t love a giveaway?

Well, I also took it to a Twitter poll–which admittedly didn’t get quite the volume of votes that I was hoping for to make this as comprehensive as possible–to see what everyone really wanted the most. As it turns out, it looks like a book once every 2-3 months is far more wanted than the other options. With that said, I’ve been giving it some thought.

I’m still some time away from rolling this all out. I still have a lot to put into it and unfortunately, summer is just a period of my life where I don’t have a lot of extra time to run stuff like this. I can barely keep up with the blog as it is. However, I do want to roll this out (the posting ideas, you can read them here) hopefully by September at some point. And what I was thinking that it might be worthwhile to consider adding an e-book in on occasion during those breaks in between when I can afford to do another giveaway.
