Work hard at being bitchin’.

HAHAHAHA, oh my gosh, I love this. I’ve honestly never been majorly interested in adult coloring books. Like, on the one hand I really enjoy coloring. But adult coloring books are so excessively detailed that I find them stressful. Which, ironically, is the exact opposite of what they’re supposed to do.
But, I may have to make an exception for Maybe Swearing Will Help because it’s damn perfection.
N° 1 Cares
I honestly cannot stop giggling at some of the clever and amusing pages of this coloring book. I dunno what it is about the idea of coloring pages with curse words being so therapeutic, but I genuinely think this book hits it all right on the nail. Maybe, Swearing Will Help.
I’m just saying.
Look at all the fox I give.
So, I think the swearing in this book is, overall, somewhat tame. But there are certainly some hilarious zingers in there. The artwork isn’t excessively detailed, so it’s kind of a happy mix. And in this sense, I reckon it’s kind of perfect for me. Not too much detail, but not so little that it feels childish. Not that it could possibly feel childish with the language used. The markers don’t seem to be the best, however I prefer colored pencils and crayons anyway.
Still, it’s a good thing to be aware of in the long run.
Don’t be a prick.
I have to admit, that one is probably my favorite page (after the fox one, of course). It’s thoroughly clever and so much fun. In general, this is definitely a coloring book I would recommend, though I do feel that it is a tad overpriced if you get it with the markers (so don’t). I’m quite fond of the fact that there is a fox on the cover, so for me it’s kind of worth it.
