I am happy to consider review requests from authors and publishers. The book will need to be provided in exchange for an honest review. I accept mobi, epub, pdf, and hard copies. Please include a link to your book’s Goodreads page in your request; if you do not include this link I may not respond to your request.

Please do not include review quotes in your request. I do not read these and they do not affect my decision to accept or deny a request.

Due to the high volume of review requests I receive, I may not be able to accept all requests. I will prioritize books that fit my interests and will let you know if I feel I am not the right reviewer for your book. I primarily read Young Adult, Middlegrade, and Children’s.

If you have a specific time frame in which you would like a review done, please include that information in your request. Due to the large number of review requests I have received lately, I am currently unable to accommodate strict timeframes. Please keep this in mind when requesting.

I consider writing quality, character development, plot development, theme development, dialogue, level of realism/believability, abuse romanticism, racism, homophobia, and more when deciding on a rating for a book.

All reviews will be posted here on this blog and linked through to Twitter, Tumblr, and Facebook. Reviews will also be posted to Goodreads. Upon request, I can post reviews to Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and / or other websites.

Disclaimer (because apparently, this is necessary):

If you email me I will do my best to respond as quickly as I can. I have a full-time job, however, and sometimes this means it will take me a while. If you do not want a response in the event that I do not have the time or feel your book would not be a good fit, please include this in your request.

I understand that rejections don’t always feel good, but there is no need to be rude if I do not have the time to read your book or if I think I would not be the best reviewer to do so. Remember, in addition to having a full-time job, I am doing this for free.
