kissing ezra holtz (and other things i did for science)Oh my skies, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Give me! I am so in love with the cover, the title, and the plot of Kissing Ezra Holtz (and Other Things I did for Science) by Brianna R. Shrum. I mean, I was already pretty attached to this book simply from seeing the cover. But after reading the blurb about it? This book has so many things that fall under my guilty pleasure read category and so you know there’s no chance that I could pass it up.

Hopefully I enjoy it as much as I enjoy the idea right now.

Oh, and a bonus for this one is that I once read a James and Lily fanfiction on HPFF forever ago that was quite similar sounding (they were paired in potions, lol).

A fun, witty, light-hearted romantic comedy―The Rosie Project, for teens
Seventeen-year-old Amalia Yaabez and Ezra Holtz couldn’t be more different. They’ve known (and avoided) each other their whole lives; she unable to stand his buttoned-up, arrogant, perfect disposition, and he unwilling to deal with her slacker, rule-breaking way of moving through the world.
When they are unhappily paired on an AP Psychology project, they come across an old psychological study that posits that anyone can fall in love with anyone, if you put them through the right scientific, psychological steps. They decide to put that theory to the test for their project, matching couples from different walks of high school life to see if science really can create love.
As they go through the whirlwind of the experiment, Ezra and Amalia realize that maybe it’s not just the couples they matched who are falling for each other . . .

Thoughts? How do you feel about Kissing Ezra Holtz (and Other Things I did for Science)? What do you think of the title? What are your thoughts regarding the science / psychology project they’re doing? Is this a book you think you’d like to read? Let me know in the comments! I’d definitely love to hear from all of you about this book!
