I’ve already read both of these graphic novels as, if I’m recalling correctly, they were Read Now requests. I enjoyed reading both, though I’ll admit that Half-Blood kept me more captivated. The fact of the matter is that Tales from Behind the Window is terrifying due to it’s truths. This is a real story about a young woman who was basically sold, who didn’t want to be, and it did make me cringe several times as a result. Still, I firmly believe it remains an important story.
Do either of these NetGalley books tempt you to request? Let me know in the comments!
